FIELD: shoe industry, in particular, manufacture of shoes for suppressing shock wave occurring as a result of action of high-pulse load. SUBSTANCE: shoe has top and sole with insert. Sole is made in the form of at least one vacuumized hermetically sealed enclosure and insert is made in the form of rigid metal grid with cells directed perpendicular to sole surface. Shoes of such construction are recommended for wearing by personnel carrying out emergency and rescue works. EFFECT: increased shock wave suppressing effect, reduced injure to personnel participating in emergency and rescue works and enhanced reliability in operation. 2 cl, 3 dwg
