FIELD: construction. SUBSTANCE: prepared metal pipe is preliminary placed in form, made of two hinged to each other flaps with limiting segments on both sides of butts. To manufacture heat-insulating layer, made of porous plaster, gypsum binder mixture is poured in form with following mixture foam making and its hardening. Then pipe is taken out of form. Upper part of flaps has longitudinal walls, forming V-shaped baffle, and located in its wall tightenings. Flaps are mounted on platform with rollers to move form in axial direction. EFFECT: pipeline, method and apparatus to manufacture pipeline are used in pipelines construction. 4 cl, 3 dwg
