FIELD: sampling gases. SUBSTANCE: closed tank with valve is used foe sampling. The tank is filled with fluid and then the neck with a valve is submerged into fluid. Gases are sampled from fluid. Dissolved gases is extracted by a piping flowing electric heater mounted coaxially under the tank. The extracted gases is collected in the closed tank by displacing fluid from the tank. A means for extracting gases is constructed as a heat-insulating pipe and heating members which are received in the pipe and define a multi-pipe electric heater. The device is provided with a mechanism for opening the valve of the tank and control unit. EFFECT: simplified method and device. 3 cl, 2 dwg
