Proper outputs of unit of delay elements are connected to first inputs of corresponding comparators, to first inputs of corresponding elements and to corresponding inputs of unit of formation of segmentation threshold. Output of divider is output of device, clock inputs of delay elements and divider are tied together and linked to clock input of device.
