SUBSTANCE: coupling is changed in photodetector built around photoelectric amplifier with contact disk operating as local oscillator between external cavity and photoelectric amplifier cathode chamber of photoelectric amplifier by changing hole diameter in contact disk (regulator) between minimum value equal to diameter of light spot on photocathode to 0.7-0.9 of photocathode working diameter. EFFECT: simplified selection of first and higher harmonic conversion mode of local oscillator. 3 dwg
