SUBSTANCE: known device is provided with variable-ratio frequency divider 1, pulse burst generator 3, and series-connected decoders 7, unit of coincidence gates 8 OR gate 9, AND gate 10, pulse burst generator 11, and OR gate 12 whose output functions as shaper output. Output of clock generator 5 is connected to second input of AND gate 10 and via pulse burst generator 3 to second input of OR gate 12; output of code shaper 2 is connected to second input of unit 8 of coincidence gates; first output of pulse counter 6 is connected to input of decoder 7 and second output is connected via variable-ratio frequency divider 1 to second input of flip-flop 4.
