FIELD: methods of reception and commutation of information. SUBSTANCE: device has logic unit coder, shift register, logic zero coder is connected in series with OR gate, which has output connected to the second inputs of group of n AND gates. Outputs of AND gates are connected with "line-parameter" adapter through group of buffer elements. Flip-flop, decoder and threshold element are connected in series. Basic frequency bus is connected to the first input of flip-flop through AND gate and counter. Clock pulse bus is connected with the first input of shift register, with the second input of counter and with the second input of AND gate through a flip-flop. Output of AND gate is connected with the second input of shift register, with input of logic zero coder and the first input of AND gate. The second input of AND gate is connected with output of shift register. Output of AND gate is connected with the second input of OR gate through the encoder. Outputs of buffer elements are connected with the second input of decoder through OR gate. The second input of threshold element is connected to setting input of the device. The second output of distributor is connected with the third input of shift register. Each "line-parameter" adapter has pulse duration former, logic decoder, shift register, comparison circuit, parameter former, buffer element and counter. Number of objects of reception and transmission of information is increased due to introducing code separation of received combinations.
