FIELD: valving. SUBSTANCE: hydraulically unloaded valving member made as a hollow plunger is kinematically connected with a driving gear roller. The space wherein a spring for loading the valving member is received, is separated from the inlet space and is in communication with the outlet space. The valving member is piping and has internal facets at the ends which form edges. The width of the edges are the same at the both ends. The facets have the same angles. The space, wherein the roller is received, is in communication with the inlet space through a hydraulic line. Filter and heating member are mounted in the hydraulic line.
