FIELD: valving. SUBSTANCE: valve is provided with a spring mechanism, valving member, driving mechanism, and fairing with ports for arranging shutters-sectors in open position. The connection of each shutter-sector with its driving roller is made up as a crank. The ends of each driving roller are arranged outside of the housing (are brought out). The spring mechanism is made up as two levers mounted at the ends of the driving rollers and two ties that connect the driving rollers with a spring- loaded plank. The driving mechanism is made up as a screw with a drive. The screw is provided with a carriage having two cam grips. The grips are controlled with an electromagnet and mounted for permitting interaction with the plank. The seat is made up as a disk mounted inside the housing and provided with sealing members over periphery of the ports. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 5 dwg
