FIELD: sanitary engineering. SUBSTANCE: housing with a gate made as ceramic washers having through openings is received in a hollow made in a valving unit. One of the washer is movable and interacts with a rotatable rod. The other washer is fixed and bears on a flexible spacer. A stop for arresting angle of rotation of the rod is coupled to the rod. The axial opening is made in the rod. The opening has a conical bore from the side of the movable washer which has spherical surface and is mounted for interaction with the bore surface. The cross-section of the end of the rod is square. The stop is constructed as a washer with a projection mounted on the end of the rod. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 2 cl, 5 dwg
