FIELD: lighting engineering. SUBSTANCE: illuminant has hollow light guide 1 with optical slit 2, light source 3, hollow channel 4 with translucent walls. Channel 4 is mounted inside light guide 1 for rotation. Colored granular matter 6 is placed into the channel. Ground colored glass is used as granular matter, as well as plastics and other translucent colored materials. The channel is separated by annular partitions 7 in order to provide uniform distribution of granular matter, as a result, colored composition is created. EFFECT: improved comfort. 2 dwg
