SUBSTANCE: invention relates to lighting engineering, in particular to lighting devices for colour interior decoration of premises. In the lighting apparatus containing light source, a hollow light guide with inner light-reflecting surface and optical slot is equipped with a hollow channel with transparent wall, arranged in optical slot formed by deflectors and capable of rotating in the channel wherein a colour bulky mass is placed in a channel. Channel inner surface has lengthwise retaining flights.

EFFECT: technical result is provision of change in luminous power.
