FIELD: drying materials. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has screened chamber 1 with high-voltage electrode 2 and chute 3 disposed in it. Chute 3 is comprised of two isolation plates and grounding electrode 4 with holes. Apparatus is provided with a suction-and-exhaust ventilation, a charge bin positioned above the chute, and a discharge tube. Apparatus is also provided with additional chutes 3 and charge bins 10 arranged over them. Each chute 3 has its grounding electrode positioned below. All chutes 3 are overlain by perforated high-voltage electrode 2. The chutes are movable within chamber 1 by means of links 7 attached to two crankshafts 6. Each charge bin has valve 11 and guide chute 13 mounted in it. Guide chute 13 is made of fluoroplastic and supported by roll 15. EFFECT: intensified drying process. 3 dwg
