SUBSTANCE: device comprises frame, bed, support, roller bed, pressing plate and loading chamber, hydraulic drive for moving pressing plate and loading chamber along frame, tie-pieces and catchers installed in loading chamber, exhaust fan and air duct mounted on external surface of support, shielding housing fitted around the device and provided with drive for moving along axis of device between air duct and bed. Frame, loading chamber, catchers and tie-pieces are made of radio-transparent material, support is also made from radio-transparent strip plates and has high-potential electrodes of high-frequency capacitor, installed in plates, while pressing plate serves as low-potential electrode of high-frequency capacitor.
