FIELD: metering of liquids. SUBSTANCE: increased productivity of metering and ease of use accompanied by precision in production of dose are achieved thanks to flash box on branch pipe of space above liquid and pipeline which communicates hermetically through flash box, branch pipe of space above liquid and duct of communication with atmosphere. As a result of this air (gas) out of metering vessel is moved into empty metering vessel which leads to synchronous filling and draining of metering vessel. Flash box with liquid driven from branch pipe of space above liquid increases rate of movement of air (gas) from filled metering vessel into empty one and allows section of branch pipe of space above liquid to reduced.
