FIELD: instrumentation engineering. SUBSTANCE: pipe 7 is fitted on one end into service tank 3 and carries on other end normally open valve 10. Air-feeding pipe 6 of metering chamber 1 communicates with pipe 7 between its first end and normally open valve 10. Service tank 3 is open. Dispensing assembly of unit is normally closed valve 12 installed on inlet pipe connection 2 of service tank 3 and normally open valve 11 mounted on drain line 5 which is U-shaped tubing whose outlet end and pipe 7 are made for installation at desired height above metering chamber 1. Shut-off elements of valves 10,11,12 are interconnected. EFFECT: improved design. 2 cl, 4 dwg
