FIELD: electronics. SUBSTANCE: thermoelectric radiation has current conducting backing with contact lands, anisotropic film based on bismuth, protective layer and newly injected adhesive layer located between backing with contact lands and anisotropic film. Adhesive and protective layers are produced from high-temperature heat conductive material. Thickness of protective layer lies within range from 0.1 to 0.3 μm, electrical resistance of adhesive and protective layers is at least tenfold higher than that of anisotropic film. Material of protective layer has absorption factor not less than 70% within working spectral range. EFFECT: enhanced operational efficiency. 1 dwg
