FIELD: measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurement equipment, particularly to electromagnetic radiation intensity measurement with spatial and polarization resolution. Millimeter radiation pyroelectric detector is made based on pyroelectric film with signal reading system in which on pyroelectric film surface ultrafine resonance absorber is arranged, consisting of dielectric film, on one side of which facing to incident radiation, metallized topological pattern is made, forming frequency-selective surface and enabling absorption at millimeter radiation specified wavelength, and on back side continuous layer with metallic conductivity is applied, which has reliable physical contact with pyroelectric film, providing efficient heat wave transfer from absorber to pyroelectric film.

EFFECT: technical result consists in higher detector response time.
