FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: machining and degreasing of surfaces of cassette are conducted by rinsing in acetone. Methyl-3-aceto-oxyxilane is used for application of adhesive sublayer. Operations of preparation, laying and rolling of coat are combined and conducted by setting of cassette, pouring of compound based on mixture of heat-resistant low-molecular silicon-organic rubber with filling agents and thermal setting agent into mould and solidification of coat for the course of 10 h. Then cassette is removed from mould, coat is vulcanized at 120-130 C for the course of 2 h. Mould is treated with antiadhesive agent based on 50 per cent solution of oxyethylated alkylphenole in acetone. Pouring compound is combined with solidifying catalyst and vacuumed under rarefaction of 7-30 mm Hg for the course of 15 min. After removal of cassette from mould and vulcanization coat is polished, rinsed in aqueous solution of oxyethylated alkylphenole and dried with compressed air. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of method.
