FIELD: metallization. SUBSTANCE: metallization is carried out by surface activation by cleaning in high-frequency discharge plasma in argon medium, applying multilayer metallic coating by vacuum raising dust of adhesion Ti sublayer followed by raising dust of basic electrode layer made of Cu on it and protective Ni layer. Cleaning is carried out as a single cycle with raising dust of metallic coating layers. Positive effect: increased output by 1.5-2 times, yield of ready blanks by 6-8% exception of precious metal using. Method is used for metallization of calcined piezoceramic blanks.
