FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: line comprises feedstock delivery mechanism, heat treatment device, and substrate unloading device. The housing of the heat treatment device has a loading throat, a shaft with blades which are straight at one side while the other side is slanting at an angle of 45 deg, and a throat for unloading prepared substrate. The unloading throat communicates with an inclined conveyor. The heat treatment device in the form of an autoclave ensures efficient treatment of the mixture while the blades straight at one side and slanting at the other permit not only stirring the mixture but also moving it during reverse stroke towards unloading end.
