FIELD: agricultural engineering, in particular, equipment for biotechnological processes for preparing of substrates for growing of cultivated mushrooms.
SUBSTANCE: apparatus has reservoir with inlet branch pipe and mixing member located within reservoir, which is equipped with inlets for feeding of thermal treatment agent, moistening agent and cooling agent, and also outlet branch pipe. Apparatus is further provided with at least two additional reservoirs having mixing members. One of additional reservoirs has inlet for feeding of thermal treatment and/or moistening agents, and other additional reservoir is provided with inlet for cooling agent. All the reservoirs are hermetically connected with one another. Apparatus of such construction allows substrates to be produced from various raw materials for growing of various cultivated mushrooms including exotic ones, requiring utilization of substrate with maximal low microflora titer under continuous mode conditions.
EFFECT: wider operational capabilities of apparatus by using various raw materials for growing of various kinds of mushrooms and increased efficiency.
