SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of sawing a wedge-shaped bone fragment at a side of tibia sawing off; removing that fragment and fracturing under periosteum a cortical layer with thickness 3-4 mm in a zone of tuber of tibia; drawing together both fragments in the sawing plane until complete closing of marrow duct.
