Internal perimeter of the gland joins side planes, and upper hollow sector-like members 5 and lower ones 6 of rocking lever 7. Milling roller 9 is installed on pivot 8 of the lever. Cavity of upper member 5 is used for feeding closing air to seal 10 of bearings 11 in roller 9. A portion of the air is fed to lower sector-like member 6, provided with throttling outlet openings 14.
