FIELD: milling. SUBSTANCE: mill has common drive with electric motor 1, bases 2, common casing 44 with detachable cover 43, vertical and horizontal drives coupled with the cover, bottom carrier 14 secured to central shaft 9 inside finned casing 21, locking members 45,46 radially mounted on the carrier, and even number of intermediate axles 16 with satellites 17 interacting with fixed central gear wheel 11 and two periphery gear wheels 18 secured to working shafts 19. The free ends of the shafts are provided with races 33 having milling chambers 34 provided with covers 35 and milling bodies 36. Vertical axle 40 is mounted on detachable cover 43 of common casing 40 coaxially to central shaft 9 of the mill. Top carrier 41 is secured to axle 40. Working axles 37 and locking members 47 and 48, interacting with locking members 45 and 46 of bottom carrier 14, are radially arranged on the top carrier. Central shaft 9, vertical axle 40, intermediate axles 16 with floating bearings, working shafts 19, and axles 37 are mounted inside the housings. The mill is provided with liquid cooling system. The system has common tank 24 filled with coolant 23 and secured to base 2 of the mill, cooling radiator 25, and delivery pump unit 29 secured to cover-base 12 of the housing conical pressure regulator 2. The system also has finned casing 21 provided with drain pipe line 32, delivery pipe line 30, and outlet connecting pipes 31. The milling chambers have covers 35. The outer side of the cover is provided with cone, projections, and hollows. Races 33 are mounted on working axles 37 of top carrier 41. Counterweights 39 are secured at the free ends of the carrier. The top parts of safety gear clutches 66 are secured to the free ends of the vertical shafts. Additional vertical drive 28 is secured to bottom plate 65. The bottom movable ends of the drive interact with detachable cover 43. EFFECT: improved design. 6 cl, 3 dwg
