APPARATUS TO APPLY PATTERN ON PIECE Russian patent published in 1995 - IPC

FIELD: pattern application on pieces. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has base with conveyer, on plates of which catches to fix pieces are mounted. Fixer of mask-stencil is made in the form of carriage with post, on which rod with electromagnet and tail-end to mount mask-stencil is fixed. Carriage moves with the help of pneumatic cylinder and pressing out spring. Electrical plate with electromagnet and screen with nozzles, communicating with source of abrasive material spray feeding, are mounted on post with capability to move. Pneumatic cylinder and pressing out spring move the plate vertically. Mask-stencil is made of ferromagnetic material and is placed between electromagnet and piece, on other side of which there is mounted electromagnet too. Electromagnets are connected with capability to change directions of magnetic field lines. During operation mask-stencil is closely pressed to surface of piece by magnetic field action and after pattern is applied and direction of magnetic field lines change it is removed from the piece. EFFECT: apparatus is used for patterns application on pieces by sprays of abrasive material. 2 cl, 5 dwg
