FIELD: production of building materials. SUBSTANCE: unloading-and-loading device has mix feeder box 1 and shutters 5 installed in feeder box 1. Made in bottom of horizontal shelf 2 are outlet ports overlapped by sliding wings. Shutters 5 are installed in box 1 in row one over the other for horizontal displacement. Feeder box 1 has support running wheels. Horizontal shelf 2 is installed on rollers. Feeder box can be furnished with carrying truck. Movable shutters 5 can be made in form of louvers. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities.
