FIELD: microbiological industry. SUBSTANCE: installation comprises thermostated box with a series of mini-fermenters combined with systems of pipes and provided with a bank of pneumoelectric converters and process control devices. The installation also comprises a mother fermenter provided with a metering device for discharge of the medium, a steam generator with two thermostated chambers, a device for control and monitoring of cultivation process, and pipes for delivery of steam and compressed air, and for discharge of condensate. The metering device of the mother fermenter, mini-fermenter and product-collecting container are also interconnected successively by steam-sterilized connectors; the product-collecting container is positioned in the first thermostated chamber (along the line of process) while the second chamber accommodates mini-fermenters replaceable for their periodical sterilization. The thermostated box has internal spring-loaded covers with flexible hoses whose number corresponds to that of mini-fermenters in the box. The monitoring and control device is connected by control circuits with the bank of pneumoelectric converters, pumps, and valves built-into the pipes for delivery of compressed air and discharge of used air into atmosphere. EFFECT: improved design. 4 dwg
