SUBSTANCE: installation comprises bioreactor 1 with cover 2 and heat-exchange jacket 3, temperature transmitter 4, agitator with drive 5, liquid vapor condenser 6 accommodated in sealed housing 7, steam-sterilized connectors 8 and 9, steam generator 10, device 11 for automatic replenishment of steam generator with water, biofilter 12 with heat-exchange jacket 13, pumps 14 and 15, coolant source 16, compressed air source 17, gas analyzer 18, resilient receiver 19 installed in sealed container 20, control unit 21 and a system of pipes for carrying steam-gas flow, coolant and compressed air with controllable valves 22-39, working medium loading pipe 40 and bus 44. Connection of heat exchange jacket 3 of bioreactor 1 to coolant and steam circulation loop permits sterilization and thermostating of working medium to be conducted by energy-saving technology. The design of receiver 19 and technological links between bioreactor 1 and bacterial filter 12, compressed air source, gas analyzer and control unit provide for control of breathing activity of microorganisms and analyzing the metabolic gas in pulse-aerated working medium. EFFECT: installation provides for monitoring breathing activity of microorganisms in pulse-aerated working medium and controlling fermentation, sample-taking, introduction of additions and connection of external systems in aseptic conditions. 2 cl, 4 dwg
