FIELD: measuring equipment. SUBSTANCE: batcher has discharge tank 1, measuring member constructed as a cylinder, and piston 6 whose stroke is grater than the length of the cylinder. One end face of the cylinder is provided with outlet branch pipe 4 and the other open end face is provided with inlet branch pipe 5. The open face of measuring member 3 is tightly coupled with discharge tank 1 wherein float 7, rigidly connected to outlet branch pipe 4, is received. The batcher is provided with an additional tank whose one end face is made in block with open face of measuring member 3 and the other end face has tightening cover 9. Inlet branch pipe 5 is flexible and rigidly coupled with float 7. The space of measuring member 3 is in communication with discharge tank 1 through additional tank 8 and inlet branch pipe 5.
