Light probe shaping unit is defocused to degree satisfying condition 3θ<β-α ≅ 360 -ζ-α ,, where θ is angular length of raster photopotentiometer sections; b and a is angular distance from center of light probe whereon surface illumination of photoconductive layer of photopotentiometer is 10-3 and 0.5 of maximum illumination, respectively; ζ is effective angle of circular raster photopotentiometer. K additional sections ((1≅K≅α/θ)) are made at end of photopotentiometer similar in structure to main sections of photophotopotentiometer provided with additional electrodes.
