FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: photoelectric converter of angles comprises a lightproof body with an inlet axis of converter rotation, on which a solid of revolution is fixed, a coordinate-sensitive semiconductor photodetector of arc configuration with a photosensitive input, a directed source of light optically connected with a photosensitive input of a coordinate-sensitive semiconductor photodetector, which comprises serially arranged the first semiconductor area of the first type of conductivity with first and second conducting contacts placed along edges and being an electric input of the converter, the second semiconductor area of the second type of conductivity and the third semiconductor area of the first type of conductivity with a solid conducting contact, being an electric output of the converter, and is arranged on the first base coaxially with the common axis, which is fixed inside the lightproof body. The solid of revolution is arranged in the form of the second base, on which a light source is placed, directed at a photodetector and arranged at the distance equal to the radius of the arc stretching via the axis of symmetry of the radial cross section of the coordinate-sensitive semiconductor photodetector, parallel to the common axis.
EFFECT: simplified design of a photoconverter and a technology of photodetector manufacturing.
