FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: compounds having formula where A-CH, or nitrogen, l is 0 or 1, (R₁)_n is hydrogen, fluorine or methyl in 2-position, fluorine or chlorine in 2-position, fluorine in 2-position and in 3-position, fluorine in 2-position and chlorine in 3-position, (R₂)_m-bromine in 4-position, 2-chlor-4-tri-fluoromethyl or 3-chlor-5-trifluoromethyl are used as urea compound. Proposed composition contains mentioned above urea compounds (2.5-75.0 mass %) and required additives (the rest). EFFECT: improves efficiency of composition. 3 cl, 5 tbl
