FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: burner has an additional insertion and a chamber for creating the inflammable-powder mixture and with the volume regulated in amount. This chamber is placed behind the first one and behind the unit for powder feeding on the gas move. In this case the additional insertion is disposed between the chambers. The chambers, insertions, the supply channel for the oxidizing gas and the channel for the mixture entry into the head are located on one axle. Besides, the channel for the gas of the powder carrier is combined with the supply channel for the oxidizing gas. An axial hole of the additional insertion is used as an ejector nozzle in the additional chamber. The supply channel for the oxidizer is used as an ejector nozzle in the main chamber. The innovation concerns the gas thermal spraying with powders and specifically the burners used in this spraying. EFFECT: enhanced reliability as a result of excluding the reverse discharges if powder and expanded range of the powder consumption. 1 cl, 2 dwg
