FIELD: cargo handling operations. SUBSTANCE: device has container 1 for transportation bulk cargoes and frame- type gripper 2. The container is provided with space frame 3, has a bottom in the form of three hoppers with holes 4 under which are located channels 5. Inside the channels a single frame structure travels with plates which close holes 4. There are rods with a traverse on one end of the frame. Bodies of hydraulic cylinders are attached to the traverse by split unions. The cylinder rods are connected to eyes. Gripper 2 has a hydraulic station, hydraulic cylinders hoisting drums 23, an a drive for the drums. There are also hydraulic cylinders protective cramps attached to gripper 2.
