FIELD: food processing industry. SUBSTANCE: device accommodates in combination, a frame and a receiving collector and is provided with a unit adapted to distribute a flow of liquid medium. Mounted in the device is also a crosspiece with upper rotary rolls carried on it and with lower rolls arranged on vertical suspension members. The lower rolls have a filtering screen stretched over them. The distributing unit carries an arrangement adapted to divide the flow and having plate members which bent ends face the screen, positioned in the housing so that the trapezoid section of each passage has the 1: (1,5-6): (1-4) ratio of the lesser base to the larger one and to height. EFFECT: more accurate delivery and less liquid lost. 4 dwg
