FIELD: separators for purification of liquid mediums.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of liquid mediums purification, in particular, to a separator for purification of suspensions and emulsions from mechanical impurities. The separator contains a body with a cover, a section of withdrawal of a purified liquid medium with a discharge connection pipe, a section of a fine purification, a collector of mechanical impurities with an inlet connection pipe tangentially connected to a hydrocyclone. The lower parts of the hydrocyclone and the section of the fine purification are fused with the collector of mechanical impurities. The central emptying connecting pipe of the hydrocyclone is fused to the section of fine purification of the body, in which a filter is placed. The filter is made in the form of at least one filtration cartridge installed with a capability of replacement. At that the filtration cartridge is formed by located with a clearance in respect to each other two supporting semi-cylindrical elements, on which a polymeric or a metallic thread is reeled-up, with formation of the latter in a clearance between the supporting semi-cylindrical elements of the filtering surface. One butt surface of the cartridge has a dead end, and through the second butt surface the filtration cartridge internal cavity is fused with the section of the purified liquid medium withdrawal. The thread has anti-adhesive properties and is fixed in respect to each supporting semi-cylindrical element, on which it is reeled-up. From the outer side the filtration cartridge is fused with an outlet of the central emptying connecting pipe of a hydrocyclone. The supporting semi-cylindrical elements are mounted with the capability of a plane-parallel motion and are spring-loaded in respect to each other. Inside the body there is a device for a slime removal. The collector of the mechanical impurities is made in the form of a truncated pyramid, turned with its smaller base downwards, and the section of the purified liquid medium withdrawal is supplied at least one gas-discharge connecting pipe connected to the device for extraction by it of the accompanying gas from the section of the purified liquid medium withdrawal. The technical effect is an increased reliability of extraction of the filtrated settling from the chamber of fine purification directly in the process of filtration of the liquid without any losses of it, increased reliability of the separator operation at an increased efficiency of the solid phase separation and productivity of the installation operation.
EFFECT: the invention ensures increased reliability of the filtrated settling extraction from the fine purification chamber without losses of the liquid, increased efficiency of the solid phase separation and productivity of the installation operation.
