FIELD: organic chemistry. SUBSTANCE: desired products have common formula R₁R₂R₃P=0 where R₁, R₂ и R₃ are the same or various C₁-C₁₂-alkyl. R₁ Hal is used as reagent 1, R₂Hal Hal being used as reagent 2. R₃P(O)Cl₂ or P(O)Cl₃. are used as reagent 3, Mg being used as reagent 4. R₁,R₂ and R₃ are as it is mentioned above, Hal is halogen. Reaction is carried out at 20-40 C in the medium of organic solvent. Mixture which contains hydrocarbon having boiling point 65-100 C (45-55 mol %) and tetrahydrofuran (45-55 mol %) is used as said solvent. EFFECT: improves efficiency of the method. 2 tbl
