FIELD: product cooling technique. SUBSTANCE: plant has housing with side and front walls, bottom and door and shelves inside working volume; plant is also provided with dampers and duct 1 mounted in upper portion of window aperture 2 fitted with partition 5 forming the supply and exhaust passages 6 and 7. Halves of rotor impellers 8 and 9 are located in each passage. Rotor impellers are mounted on shaft of electric motor 10. Supply and exhaust passages 6 and 7 are connected with working volume of housing by means of heat-insulated air lines. In the upper and lower portions of housing there are ventilation openings between which heat exchange passage is made whose outer surface is located in working volume of the housing.
