FIELD: instrument making.

SUBSTANCE: thermostat comprises a heat-insulated body equipped with a door, an inlet and an outlet channels with controlled gates, and the inner volume of the body is divided by a jacket installed with a gap along the perimeter into two chambers - working and mixing with a hub of an axial fan and made in the form of two circular spirals of a heater connected via a switch to a heat controller and fixed via insulators on the jacket plane, perpendicular to the axis of the fan hub, opposite to the discharge part of hub blades and enclosed into a volume limited at three sides, formed by a jacket and by two air reflectors fixed on it and facing towards the hub. On the jacket there is a temperature sensor of the heat controller, placed in an opening provided in the formed jacket coaxially with an axis of the hub, the size of which corresponds to the central reflector of air flow. On the fan hub axis in the gap between the motor and the rear wall of the thermostat there is a centrifugal hub installed, and the motor is placed into the jacket in the form of a sleeve facing the thermostat by the bottom with a hole corresponding to the hub. Gates of cooling channels are fixed on the rear wall of the thermostat via heat insulating gaskets and are made in the form of functionally completed assemblies with elements of drive and sealing. The inlet channel of the thermostat is connected by a channel with a lower part of the inner volume of a refrigerating chamber, the upper part of which by an additional channel is connected to the working chamber of the thermostat, at the same time the inner volume of the refrigerating chamber is filled with a material with high heat capacity having ribbed external surface.

EFFECT: reduced noise and drift of an outlet signal of a chromatograph due to increased relative accuracy of temperature maintenance and even distribution of a thermal field along column length, increased linearity and reduced relative oscillations of temperature during temperature programming in the entire range of temperatures and speeds of temperature rise, reduced heat losses and speed of thermostat cooling, expanded range of maintained temperatures to negative without application of cryogenic liquid.
