FIELD: measuring equipment. SUBSTANCE: device has optical head 1 connected with radiation receiver 4,5 through split light conductor 2 immediately and through filter 3. Amplifier 6 and the first logarithm-taking unit 8 connected in series are set at the output of receiver 4. Amplifier 7, the second logarithm-taking unit 9 and the first functional converter 11 are set at the output of receiver 5. Signals from logarithm-taking unit 8 and converter 11 are processed in the first difference meter 10. The device also has the second difference meter 15 and second functional converter 14 used for excluding effect of different emitting capability of the blades at the presence of external radiation sources on accuracy of the measurements, third 12 and fourth 13 difference meters, third 13 and fourth 18 functional converters, and ratio meter 16. Meter 16 is connected so that the signal from it is independent of changing temperature of members arranged about the blade. The signal from converter 17 is corrected by the signal from the first blade and meter 16. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 1 dwg
