Quadrature receiver executes operations of multiplication of quadrature components by present observation time, of correlational comparison of assumed realization with results of multiplication of quadrature components, of subtraction and summing of correlational responses of quadrature receiver and newly formed correlational responses. Circuit of realization of proposed technical approach has analog-to-digital converter 1, permanent storage 2, first relative correlation device 3 fourth relative correlation device 4, first multiplier 5, second multiplier 6, second relative correlation device 7, third relative correlation device 8, first adder 9, subtracter 10, first squarer 11, second squarer 12, second adder 13, threshold device 14, control unit 15.
