FIELD: information for sight invalids. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for spatial orientation of blinds. Method consists in emitting ultrasonic pulse, binaural reception of echo-signal by two ultrasonic microphones, amplification, transformation in each reception canal, and subsequent perception of signals with human acoustic analyzer. According to invention, echo- signal is transformed by way of its time extension. EFFECT: achieved conformance of frequency band and duration of acoustic signal with acoustic analyzer. 2 dwg, 1 tbl
