FIELD: computer engineering. SUBSTANCE: random pulse generator is inserted with registers, delay elements, digital-to-analog converter, commutator and parameter and coefficient setting unit composed of multipliers, subtracters, dividers, adders, root extracting unit and unit for formation of constant coefficients. Generator also includes random number pickups, digital-to-analog converters, exponential voltage pickup, comparators, pulse formers. Proposed generator allows traffic of requests having variation coefficient greater than one to be modelled. In this case initial moments can change in time.
