SUBSTANCE: expanded functional capabilities are obtained thanks to insertion into random number generator 8 of digital-to-analog converters 10 and 11, comparators 13 and 14, commutators 4 and 5, unit 2 setting parameters of flux, computer 6, AND gate 18, INHIBITION gate 20, OR gate 21. Random pulse generator also has master unit 1, commutator 3, random number generator 7, digital-to-analog converter 9, comparator 12, exponential voltage generator 15, pulse former 16, flip-flop 19, AND gate 17. Master unit 1 incorporates multipliers, subtracters, computer, adder, dividers, its computer 6 has subtracter, computing unit and divider. Insertion of specified units and gates makes it possible to form across output of generator a flux of pulses with setting variation coefficient Kv≥ 1, time intervals between them being distributed by hyperexponenytial law with parameters μ1 и μ2 and proper probability coefficient and with Kv - mixed Erlant flux of second order.
