The electronic, electric, or mechanical control device is in communication with a hydraulic distributing valve, and the hydraulic drives are provided with check valves and a hydraulic distributing valve. The latter is located between the check valves and a hydraulic pump. One end of the hydraulic distributing valve is hydraulically linked with a sensor of normal load on the prime mover wheels, and the valve body is in kinematic linkage with a hydraulic cylinder rod.
