FIELD: forest industry. SUBSTANCE: machine has a self-propelled chassis with a cabin, swivel boom, and devices (grip-and-cut, trimming, and pulling devices). It is provided with a slivering device with a cone-shaped funnel and a conduit for discharge of sliver and merchantable wood. There is a body for sliver and merchantable wood. Mounted on the self-propelled chassis is a cantilever frame supporting the boom. The machine has an additional slivering device with an additional conduit for discharge of sliver. The main and additional slivering devices are detachable. The additional slivering device is mounted on the boom end for driven swivel in the vertical plane. The main slivering device is turnable in the vertical plane. It is secured on the self-propelled chassis by means of a platform turnable in the horizontal plane, and the main conduit for discharge of sliver is an air-operated conveyor provided with a separator.
