Blade 4 is set in bushing 3 via a bearing provided in butt end 5 of the blade which also has conical gear 31 whose end engages same gear 30 fitted on control shaft 28 inside housing 1. Other gear 27, mounted inside housing 23 having counterweight 24, is set at the other end of the control shaft. Gear 27 engages gears 25,26 29 fitted on hollow shaft 2. DC electric motor 32 is used for changing angle position of the blade through brake 21 coupled with temperature-sensitive pickup 15 and system of automatic control or with handle 11 of control desk 16 connected with shaft 22 through rope 18 via drums 17,20 by switching contacts 14 of the electric circuit via spring 12.
