SUBSTANCE: converging tube inlet section 2 of housing 1 is provided with circular manifold 19 having branch pipes 20 and 21 for supply of gaseous reagents with are provided with swivel dampers 22 and 23 fitted at outlet and silencer 24 fitted on its inner end side. Outlet section 18 of housing 1 is converging tube- diffuser in its form; diffuser portion 25 is perforated; outlet section 18 is provided with water jacket 27 with water supply branch pipe 28 and water discharge branch pipe 29. Mounted in inner chamber of perforated diffuser portion 25 of outlet section 18 having perforations 26 is ceramic diffuser head 30 with respective perforations 31; water injecting nozzles 32 are arranged in cells of perforations 26 and 31.
