FIELD: electronic equipment. SUBSTANCE: device has protective gear operating irrespective of cause of emergency situation (overcurrent, short circuit, surge voltage at output), this being afforded by same components and circuits of protective unit without using auxiliary means due to connection of input circuit of protective unit between output of operational amplifier and supply lead of feedback device for applying voltage whose polarity is reversed in respect to that of voltage driving in condition transistor of device output follower. Output voltage is dropped to zero across terminal leads and transistors of adjustable unipolar current-to-voltage changer are cut off due to operation of protective gear driving of input field-effect transistor of protective unit in conduction and cut-off of final filed-effect transistor with control p-n junction. For recovery of high output voltage across regulating voltage changer, its power supply should be reclosed upon elimination of cause of emergency situation. EFFECT: improved noise immunity, enlarged functional capabilities. 3 cl, 3 dwg
